GLAM TO MAKE READY™, the property services division of GLAM Properties™, provides integrated Commercial Cleaning, Facility Services, Property Turnovers & Make Ready, and Maintenance & Repair solutions throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.

We're building the GLAM CLEAN & SANITATION TEAM™—the frontline professionals who help keep residential, multifamily, and commercial properties clean, sanitary, presentable, inspection-ready, and community-ready.

We're looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, notice details, respect client property, follow standards, and understand that the condition they leave behind matters.

OPEN POSITIONS

GL — General Cleaner

Routine residential and commercial cleaning, including floors, surfaces, kitchens, restrooms, common areas, trash removal, and final visual checks.

DC — Deep Cleaning Specialist

Detailed cleaning for kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, fixtures, buildup, vacancies, move-ins/move-outs, turnovers, and corrective cleaning.

SC — Sanitation Crew

Enhanced sanitation and disinfection of high-touch, restroom, hygiene-sensitive, and other assigned areas using approved procedures and PPE.

FS — Floor Specialist

Carpet and hard-floor care, including extraction, spot treatment, scrubbing, polishing, burnishing, and other approved specialty floor services.

WC — Window Cleaner

Residential and commercial windows, storefront glass, frames, tracks, sills, doors, mirrors, and interior glass.

MP — Maintenance Personnel

Approved minor property-upkeep and make-ready support within assigned training and authority. Regulated trade work requires appropriate qualification and authorization.

LS — Laundry Specialist

Professional linen and laundry support, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, stain identification, inventory, quality checks, storage, and distribution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Depending on your classification and assignment, you may:

  • Clean commercial, residential, multifamily, vacant, turnover, and make-ready properties.

  • Perform routine, deep, sanitation, floor, window, laundry, or specialty services.

  • Follow assigned Scopes of Work, Work Orders, checklists, and service standards.

  • Inspect your own work and correct deficiencies before completion.

  • Safely use approved products, supplies, equipment, and PPE.

  • Protect client property, keys, access information, and Company resources.

  • Report observable property damage, hazards, leaks, pests, or maintenance concerns.

  • Complete required photos, service notes, checklists, time records, and digital documentation.

  • Participate in Quality Assurance inspections and legitimate corrective work.

THE ACTUAL CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY MUST MEET THE STANDARD.

NO REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION = NO CLOSEOUT.

Never perform work outside your TRAINING → AUTHORIZATION → LICENSING → SAFE CAPABILITY.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

Contractors may identify availability as:

DAY | EVENING | SATURDAY | SUNDAY | EMERGENCY / ON-CALL | OPEN/FLEXIBLE

Not every contractor is required to accept every schedule.

Once an assignment is accepted, however, contractors are expected to complete it according to the agreed schedule or follow required cancellation and reassignment procedures.

Qualified contractors may also participate in approved emergency-response opportunities.

TECHNOLOGY

Depending on assignment, you may use ServiceM8™, ClickUp™, GLOSS DIGITAL™, digital Work Orders, mobile forms, inspections, photo uploads, email, and Company messaging systems.

You do not need experience with every platform before joining us, but you must be comfortable learning and consistently using the technology required for your position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, commercial cleaning, multifamily, turnover, make-ready, sanitation, floor-care, window-cleaning, laundry, facility-services, or related experience is preferred.

One or more years of related professional experience is preferred, but demonstrated ability, reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn are also important.

Candidates must be able to perform assigned field responsibilities safely, follow instructions, communicate professionally, document completed work, and use required mobile technology. Specialty assignments may require additional training, certifications, credentials, or equipment authorization.

Reliable transportation appropriate to assigned responsibilities may be required.

SCHEDULE & TRAVEL

Opportunities may include:

DAY | EVENING | SATURDAY | SUNDAY | OPEN/FLEXIBLE

Day assignments may include residential cleaning, turnovers, vacancies, make-ready, deep cleaning, and facility services. Evening assignments commonly support commercial and recurring accounts. Weekend opportunities may include recurring contracts, turnovers, floor care, deep cleaning, and specialty projects.

Not every Team Member must be available for every schedule. Once you accept an assignment or schedule, reliable attendance and follow-through are expected.

Assignments may occur throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan Area at residential, multifamily, commercial, office, retail, vacant, turnover, make-ready, or renovation properties.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation is based on experience, skill level, position classification, assignment responsibilities, and the applicable GLAM TO MAKE READY™ compensation structure.

Compensation may vary based on the type of cleaning or specialty work performed, required skill level, training, certifications, field responsibilities, and position classification.

Benefits are available to eligible employees according to applicable Company policies and plan requirements. Eligibility may vary based on employment classification and other applicable requirements.
