GLAM PROPERTIES™ does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to provide services, conduct legitimate business operations, protect legal rights, or comply with law.

We do not intentionally provide vendors with unrelated personal information.

Providing a mobile telephone number does not, by itself, automatically enroll a person in every GLAM PROPERTIES™ marketing text-message program. Where required, SMS consent is obtained separately through an affirmative opt-in process.
When a person affirmatively opts in to receive SMS messages:

• Message and data rates may apply.
• The recipient may reply STOP to opt out of applicable text messages.

• Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing, renting, applying for, or receiving services unless a specific communication is necessary to perform a requested transaction and permitted by law.
IMPORTANT SMS PRIVACY DISCLOSURE
Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text-messaging consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent from sharing with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share mobile information with vendors, carriers, aggregators, platform providers, and other service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to deliver, route, support, secure, or administer GLAM PROPERTIES™ text-messaging communications. Such providers are not authorized by GLAM PROPERTIES™ to use SMS consent information for their own unrelated marketing purposes.

Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily stop transactional, service, lease, application, account, security, legal, or other non-marketing communications that are necessary to
administer a relationship or requested service.

GLAM PROPERTIES™ is committed to conducting housing-related activities in accordance with applicable fair housing and anti-discrimination requirements.
Personal information collected for legitimate application, leasing, property-management, or service purposes should not be used to unlawfully discriminate against an applicant, tenant, client, or other protected person.
15. PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEO, AND INSPECTION RECORDS
GLAM PROPERTIES™ may create or receive photographs, videos, inspection records, or other property documentation for legitimate purposes such as:
• Documenting property condition
• Conducting inspections
• Managing maintenance or repairs
• Supporting move-in or move-out documentation
• Supporting property-owner reporting
• Coordinating insurance or contractor matters
• Marketing a property when authorized
We seek to avoid intentionally including unnecessary sensitive personal information in property documentation. Marketing use of identifiable tenant or client information should occur only when appropriately authorized.

Where permitted by applicable law and disclosed or consented to as required, GLAM PROPERTIES™ may maintain records of communications, including:
